Hours of Operation
We are open Mon-Sat from 8 AM to 6 PM. We offer after hours and Sunday service by appointment only for a nominal surcharge - (see after hours options listed below)

Airport / Local Hotel Shuttle
Our airport/local hotel shuttle service runs on demand, Mon-Sat from 8 AM until 6 PM. The shuttle runs from our rental office to the Salt Lake international airport and local area hotels. We also offer after hours shuttle service for our rental customers by appointment. To dispatch the shuttle please call 801-977-9111 or toll free 800-977-9111.

Rental Day Description
One rental day is defined as a 24 hour period. Renters who do not return their rental vehicle within 2 hours of the actual time of day the vehicle was picked up will incur additional charges.

EXCEPTION: Customers picking up after 5 PM on Saturday evening may return their vehicle at 8 AM on Monday morning for no additional charge. (This due to our office being closed on Sundays)

Free Mileage
Every vehicle comes with 200 free miles per rental day up to 3,000 maximum per month. We do not offer unlimited mileage. Sorry, we can not make exceptions.

Credit / Debit Cards
A major Credit Card in the name of the renter is required for all rentals. There must be credit available on the card used for the amount of the rental plus an additional $500 damage deposit.

We do accept Debit Cards and the same $500 damage deposit is required above the amount of the rental.

Ski Racks
Ski racks are available for rent on the following vehicles:
Dodge Charger, Dodge Grand Caravan, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Commander, & Chevy Suburban.

Towing
Towing is allowed on all Trucks and Suburbans and some of our 15-Passenger Vans. Trailer weight must be within vehicle towing limit. Electric brake controllers are available upon request in advance and are required for all 1-ton truck rentals.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance there may be a one day rental charge depending on the circumstances.

Minimum Age: 21

Additional Drivers
4 additional drivers permitted at no extra charge
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21
You must present a driver's license for any additional drivers.

Driving Area
Restricted to the United States West of the Mississipi River and Western Canada. Mileage restrictions apply. Absolutely NO travel to Mexico.

Insurance Policies and Surcharges
Collision Damage Coverage
15.00 per day
Collision Damage Coverage for the rental vehicle. Covers the rental vehicle only for up to $50,000 in damages after a $1,000 deductible. (Deductible = Renter is responsible for the first $1,000 in damages) Cost is $15/day.
Supplemental Liability Insurance
10.00 per day
This Supplement Liability Insurance policy gives the renter up to $1,000,000 in liability protection to pay for cars and/or objects you may hit and injuries you may cause. There is no deductible for this coverage. Cost is $10/day.
Late Night After Hour Pickups: 10 PM-12 AM ($50)
25.00 fixed
A standard after hours charge of $25 applies to rentals picked up anytime on Sunday and on all other days when the pickup time is before or after our regular business hours.

Vehicles picked up between 10 PM & 12 AM are charged an additional $25. (Total charge of $50)
Very Late After Hours Pickups: 12 AM-6 AM ($75)

A standard after hours charge of $25 applies to rentals picked up anytime on Sunday and on all other days when the pickup time is before or after our regular business hours.

Vehicles picked up between 12 AM and 6 AM are charged an additional $50. (Total charge of $75)
Thanksgiving/Christmas pick-ups
75.00 fixed
Vehicles picked up on Thanksgiving Day and/or Christmas Day are charged an extra $75 as we are normally closed on these holidays.
Independence Day pick-ups
50.00 fixed
Vehicles picked up on Independence Day are charged an extra $50 as we are closed on this holiday.
